New for 2010, Boss Audio's Phantom power amplifiers cover a wide variety of applications. Four- and two-channel full-range models will match perfectly with your speaker system. MOSFET amplifiers deliver plenty of power, while bass boost and built-in high- and low-pass crossovers allow you to customize your cabin acoustics to your taste. The PH2.500 is a two-channel MOSFET amplifier delivering 1000 watts peak power bridged.
Trimode Operation
This allows you to send your signal to a tri-way crossover for adding a subwoofer to a two-channel amp.
Remote Subwoofer Level Control
Phantom amps include a remote subwoofer level control for easy level adjustments.
Line/Speaker Level Inputs
Separate line and speaker level inputs mean the amplifier can handle high-level signals from receivers lacking RCA outputs.
Built-In Crossovers
This amplifier features variable high- and low-pass crossovers, so you can adjust the sound to suit whatever speakers you're driving.
Variable Gain Control
Allows you to match the input gain to your receiver for better sound with less distortion.
MOSFET Power Supply
For high performance with low heat.
Bass Boost
Add a little extra low-end power with 0 to +18dB of variable bass boost.

So Far so Good
By The_Last_Sargon
I have to say BOSS makes some pretty good amps. I have 2 12" Kenwood sub-woofers and this baby powers it quite well. I took a trip to dallas and kept the sucker on most of the way there for about 3 hours of the trip. I was a bit paranoid that it would overheat. Needless to say it didn't which was cool in my book. This is my first AMP and it peaks around 114 db. I usually hear on AMPS that the fuse would burn out fast. But this one is still alive.
